What is Nutritional Therapy?
Not all calories are created equal.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I address your top health concerns by looking into nutritional deficiencies, dysfunction, or any imbalance you may have. Included is a food journal, a health history analysis, a signs and symptoms analysis, and 2 support calls to walk you through this journey. Together we map out a plan of lifestyle and dietary recommendations that will support the overall function and health of your body.
WHAT CLIENTS CAN EXPECT: You are individually unique, even down to your own microbiome. This is an intense investigation of what makes you …YOU! This is also a time of education! We will begin the basics of nutrition and what it means to eat a properly prepared whole food nutrient dense diet. Because what is that, really?? Then we must dig deeper into your signs and symptoms to discover specific healing nutrients needed. We may even discuss other therapies needed like detoxification support.
HOW I CAN HELP: Prevention would be ideal, right?! But don’t let a diagnosis or a health condition make you feel powerless or defeated. This is just the beginning! You CAN take back your health and it starts now! Let me empower you with the knowledge needed to help your body function at a cellular level. Nutritional Therapy is not a magic pill. Dysfunction does not happen over night and neither does healing. However, making one small change at a time will have a powerful impact. My job is to support you in that effort. Your body wants to heal!!! So, let’s get down to the ROOT cause and give your body the nutrients it needs to do so!
In-person Nutritional Consultations are available in the greater Riverside Area. Out of the area? No worries! Let’s set up a call!
